Staff were incredible. Helped us book grabs and other tours. The rooms were very clean, spacious, great air con, great water pressure, pool was great, breakfast had lots of western options - fresh made omlettes, toast, croissants and pastries, donuts, fruit galore- kids and adults all happy. Hotel has free bikes to lend until 9pm. Was awesome way to get into the tourist part of town 3-5 min bike. We felt safe for our 11 & 13yr old to bike. Also a free shuttle at 11am, 3pm, 6pm but you need to book 1 hour before as they order taxis. Corner store a 2 min walk away for any essentials. Coffee shop next door.

Everything Room was spacious Looked exactly like it was in the photos Great Swimming pool Amazing and Friendly Staff, Lisa was very cordial and made sure that we were having a great time during our stay Comfortable bed and pillows Free shuttle bus to Hoi An Motor Bike hire nearby within 250m Good breakfast buffet Very Clean Property and excellent vibe

Good location for us on quiet street, lots of cafes and restaurants near by, great pool with pool side service for food and drinks, sky bar with pool table, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms very good size and clean, bathrooms with a bath tub, onsite spa service was very good and priced well. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Hotel renovated after COVID, the room was in perfect condition as shown on the picture. Amazing soundproof so no noise. Pool is always great and material used is awesome for the feeling. Hotel staff really well trained and always try to help or give recommendations.

The staff were lovely and helpful, especially at the reception desk and the grooms who managed the bicycles. Facilities were very nice, we especially appreciated the pool after a hot day of visiting. We are comfortable cycling so easily biked to both the old part of Hoi An and to the beach so the location of this hotel was perfect for us. We also took a Grab one night, it was a 10-minute ride each way. Given the heat, the location would be less perfect for guests that expect to walk everywhere.

The family suite was awesome two separate rooms one for the adults and one for the kids with a third door in the hallway that you can lock to ensure nobody can get to either room and the kids can’t go wandering…which gives the kids the freedoms to have they’re own room without the worry. Highly recommend. Nice location too few k’s out of the old town which is far too busy to stay in. Only 5 min in a cab $2
